I watched Simon Whitfield pull an amazing comeback in the men's triathlon and win the silver medal!! whoot!!

When I got back from my trip at the end of July, I started watching Canadian Idol again. It's down to 5, all male, and are they incredibly talented! Last night's show was judges choice of Beatles songs for the singers. It was the best show yet. I will be sorry to see any one of the five leave tonight. My favourites are the two from Alberta: Theo and Earl.
